Injection Bonded NdFeB
Injection Bonded NdFeB magnets is made by mixing the isotropic NdFeB powder with polymer plastics (such as: PA, PPS, ect.), then through the mold to inject and form the various magnet shapes.
With the following characteristics:
1.Can be magnetized in any direction, suitable for the radial or axial (face) multi-polar magnetized magnet.
2.One time forming the complex shape
3.Forming the shape with the shaft or bushings one time to reduce assembly processes and improve assembly accuracy.
4.No surface treatment

2.Each material grades can be selected the fifferent polymer plastic according to customer requirements, such as PA6, PA12, PPS, of which materials the maximum operating temperature is PA6: 120℃ ; PA12: 150℃ ; PPS: 180℃.
